Student Management
RTMI-HRDC uses an Online Student Management System to manage all student information easily and securely. Students can view their profiles, academic records, attendance, fees, and scholarship details online. The system also provides updates about new scholarships from the Poor Welfare Fund, helping students from financially weaker backgrounds to apply easily. Our goal is to make education management simple, transparent, and accessible for everyone.
Library Management
RTMI-HRDC provides an organized Library Management System to help students and staff easily access books and learning materials. Students can search for books, check availability, issue and return books, and view their library history online. The system ensures smooth and fast service, promoting a strong reading culture and supporting academic success.
Placement Facility
RTMI-HRDC offers strong placement support to help students start their professional careers. We connect students with leading companies through campus drives, internships, and job fairs. Our Placement Cell provides training, career guidance, and interview preparation to ensure students are ready for the job market. We are committed to building a bridge between education and employment.

University in graduation level and also several diploma courses under the Bangladesh Nursing and
Midwifery Council and State Medical Faculty.
Diploma in Midwifery
Pass both the SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations from any board in Bangladesh. Have a total GPA of 5.5 or higher with a minimum of 2.5 in both the SSC and HSC examinations
B.Sc. in Nursing (Basic)
Applicants must have a
combined GPA of 7.00 or
higher in both SSC and HSC,
with a GPA of at least 3.00 in
each year. Applicants must pass a 120-
question multiple-choice
written test based on the HSC
curriculum. The test is
conducted by the Directorate
of Nursing Services.
Bsc. in Nursing (Post Besic)
Being registered with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).Having a diploma in nursing, midwifery, orthopedic nursing, psychiatric nursing, or nursing science and midwifery. Having at least two years of experience as a registered nurse or registered nurse midwife.Having an updated nursing registration with the BNMC.
